So SOMEBODY made the mistake of letting me watch “Tangled” while I was ill, and a plotbunny hit me in the face so hard that I’ve already written three chapters of a new story and planned the thing down to the last detail.

ANYWAY. This sucks. Here I am, trying to be a good little author and finish the fics I already started, but then three stories—a HieixOC, a Beautiful SuzukaxOC, and a ShishiwakamaruxOC—pop into my head with all of the plot, all of the character, all of the EVERYTHING, all at once! It’s criminal! It’s like being sick jumpstarted my brain and put me into fanfiction overdrive!

Ugh. Why me? I can’t handle more fics right now! ARGH! But the HieixOC one is really really REALLY different from my other stories, and it’s all from Hiei’s POV, and—(*babbles about inconsequential stuff no one wants to hear about*)

This picture is an illustration of the HieixOC fic (sort of—it never actually happens but it very easily COULD), which will not be seeing the light of day unless I somehow manage to write twenty or more chapters for it BEFORE I start posting. Why, you ask? Because I don’t want it to end up like some of my other quasi-abandoned stories. I’d like to think I’m better than that (not that I am, but hey, a girl can dream).

Oh, but it’s going to be so fun if I ever manage to get that far… (*stares dreamily into space*)

The whole thing is a Rapunzel-inspired fairytale of a YYH fic, with a (figurative) princess in a tower with a (figurative) evil witch guarding her and Hiei as the handsome (figurative) hair-climbing prince hell bent on rescuing her sorry ass… And it's title is "Towers". Yeah. I'm so creative. NOT.

ANYWAY. Yeah. The girl in the water’s name is Noa. It’s written with a possessive character and the character for ‘love,’ which kind of reflects a theme the fic will revolve around.

The story also revolves around the themes of loneliness and isolation. THIS IS GOING TO BE SO FUN.

(Also: Notice how all my other pictures have cleverly avoided needing a background? Yeah. Now you know why. Perspective sucks. I just couldn’t avoid it this time around.)
