Gotta say Bill cipher may be one of the maddest villains
i've seen in villains and even from Disney, as i wanted
to represent him in classy style and a bit of my mad art style.
With the finale coming i wanted to show some art and to show
how i enjoy Gravity Falls as i haven't seen a good show on Disney
