This is CHILD Russia. He's behind a window, and it's snowing outside.
If you didn't know already, Russia went through many hardships as a child. There were many revolutions and wars that killed millions of people, diseases, and the harsh winter that came every year. In WW1 55% of soliders mobilized had died.

Though at the present time in Hetalia, In WW2, Russia(or the Soviet Union) suffered almost 23,954,000 total casualties, more than 50% of them civilian deaths. This made Russia the single country with the most casualties in the entire war.

Anyway, I really like textures. And i drew this really late at night hehe. And.. yeah just remember this is child russia because i keep looking at it like grown russia and he looks all weird. CHILDD!!
