Watercolour, mostly. The details are done with watercolor pencils and soft graphite pencil in some parts.

That explains why the picture is so soft and the shading just makes it pop out. I love watercolors I need to practice with them

Allright. They boath look a bit too pale. BG is nice, and angel could be looking bale and all.. but the sucubus, in my opinion, should have been a bit brighter, more reddish.
