And here is my Halloween-celabrating Pokémon!

I created it many years ago, but I still like it, so I decided to put it in my new Pokédex!

The name Phampkin comes from phantom + pumpkin.

Type: Grass/Ghost
Classification: Haunted Pumpkin Pokémon
Evolves: use Dusk Stone
Ability: Inside Flame (this Pokémon receives STAB while using Fire-type moves)
Gender: 50% male - 50% female
Description: It’s said that hordes of Phampkin meet in cemeteries during the foggiest nights in order to evoke spirits from the graves. Many kids in the world try to catch a Phampkin for partnership during the Halloween trick’r treat night in order to frighten people.
