This is what I am currently up to. Well actually I made this back in january. Its a raspberry mousse, plated and everything. My baking chefs loved me, and they want me to convert.Also...i may be semi back. We'll see. A lot has changed.

That looks so amazing, it looks beautiful and the thought of eating that is making me happy and now in full view I can see everything so clearly... which makes me sad for I cannot eat it and never will. I don't think I've ever wanted to eat something so bad specially since its mousse and also because its just decorated so amazingly. Damn you and your amazing rasberry mousse.
