Description
This is a single-serving of cheesecake with fresh fruit.The plate is decorated with caramel sauce and cherry coulis and is garnished with an almond lace cookie and chocolate design.
I made this my freshman year in my plated desserts class.

Dude, I would eat the hell outta that. I love how you did the design with the sauces, too. I'd be afraid to touch it for fear of ruining them.
