Finally something Greesy after long time
I'm currently working on new character sheet, but I have no idea when it will be finished. I was doodling something this morning and suddenly this speedpaint came out I should do this more often :3 Forgive me that ugly messy background please Photoshop CS6, old Genius tablet

Lel I've never done smth like that, and I still have a far way ahead of me when it comes to drawing dragons digitally (A couple years back I just drew them traditionally with a graphite pencil without ever trying polychomos, and I didn't much change the angle, pose, expressions of anything xD Dang, if I just got out of my comfort zone back then, I'd be a lot further and better today

I really love this image! The blue eyes offset the red scales nicely and the glowing underbelly looks fantastic. It reminds me of the surface of cooling lava, a very cool effect to add to a dragon's scales! Really amazing job on this image! It's definitely one of my favorite dragon pictures!

Thank you very much for that kinds words! :3 I'm really glad it gave you that "cooling lava" impression, because I'm still figthing while drawing this effect. I was inspired by movie's Smaug, I like that effect very much but it's kinda difficult to draw

Ah, I remember seeing that in the movie. The edges of his chest scales seemed to be bursting with heat and energy. Although, I think your effect looks a bit cooler! (That wasn't meant as a pun by the way...)
