So, I’m take an art class online through Domestika about how to use your sketch book to hone your illustrations. It may seem silly, but I’m totally enjoying it so far. The first exercise was just to draw your art supplies free hand from life. I challenged myself not to underdraw in pencil, but just to be free and courageous and take it right to ink. This may not seem like much, but for me very freeing! The next exercise is to take your pen drawings and make fantastical pens with them. I am stupidly excited to start!
