I loved the movie, and I love the drawing. His head might not be exactly the right size, but it's still rather good. I don't think he's really 'paranoid' though, just manically depressed.

Damn, that's accurate. I've yet to see the film, but I want to. Something about the red pen gives it a more vibrant feel despite him feeling blue.
