And some info about him;
- Spirit of Chaos, his brand is specifically societal upheaval and drastic change
- While Hodgepodge's chaos manifests as confusion and minor inconveniences, Anarchy's chaos manifests as general distrust and paranoia in a population, especially towards authority figures
- Basic personality: disillusioned, sullen young adult who had his aspirations and personal identity nearly browbeaten out of him. Not satisfied with where he is in life but more or less feels trapped in it by external factors. This results in near-perpetual brooding and moodiness
- Eternal enemy of Harmonium, the Spirit of Harmony and his opposing force. Harmonium personifies the status quo, which is wildly at odds with Anarchy's entire being
- Despite this, the two of them carry on a somewhat-relationship. It's a toxic relationship with Harmonium constantly trying to reign in Anarchy (part of this strategy involves openly flirting with other men to make him jealous), and Anarchy getting involved in affairs to assert his independence. Neither one will break it off out of the need to be right
- Nicknamed "Sparky" for the form his magic takes (lightning). He hates this nickname
- His mentor is Hodgepodge , a retired Spirit of Chaos. Hodgepodge strongly disapproves of Anarchy's "elementary" view of what real chaos is, and isn't shy about telling Anarchy what he thinks. All Hodgepodge's lectures have really done is to solidify the concept in Anarchy's mind
- Anarchy knows next to nothing about Hodgepodge's predecessor, and whenever the subject comes up Hodgepodge is notoriously tight-lipped on details and quickly changes the subject
- He currently maintains an illicit affair with Pox of Pestilence, to spite Hodgepodge and because he views Pox as a confidant. More than anything, though, he is jealous of the freedom that Pox enjoys, and so also holds Pox up as something of a role model
- Pox has taken him on "outings" several times for him to practice his chaos freely on other worlds, away from Hodgepodge's view (something Hodgepodge vehemently disapproves of but is always unable to prevent). A few times throughout history, the two of them being present in the same place has caused the downfall of the society they visited, and drawn Mortimer's ire due to the sudden high number of deaths in an otherwise healthy civilization
