Wow, this character is lovely and completely adorable! I am in complete agreement with about nearly everything. I love the representation of the character and how simplified the reference sheet is itself, yet so detailed in its own way! It's really quite lovely. I'd love to know where you got this idea for the reference sheet layout from! I might just have to borrow it 
My only suggestion would be, and I know this is repetitive because quite a few people have said it, that maybe you shadow the beige colored words or maybe made them a little darker? It'd be much easier to read that way, less straining on the eyes of us who are nearly blind. hehe!
Anyway, again, this character is very lovely and even if he is a 13000 yo guardian gryphon, I still think he is extremely adorable and definitely looks like tons of fun to draw! So yeah! I'll stop talking now hehe.

Wow... just WOW at this reference sheet. I really love all of the detail in such a simplified presentation.
A lot of really interesting things on here that I don't ever see on ref sheets.
All of the different forms, and the little paw prints-- not only the paw prints, but the pattern of them so you can see how he moves, haha.
That personality graph is really fun, too. I've never seen that before but it's helpful in getting to know Benny!
The only thing that bothers me about the chart is that the text is laid out in white, making it really hard to read against the DA background. I would suggest maybe adding shadow to the words like you did for the little notebook paper section. (The notebook paper is a nice touch, by the way)
I just love that this guy is a 13k old guardian spirit critter.... and his name is just "Benny". xD It's just so unfitting it's hilarious.
You must love him so much because of how little you can take that face seriously. (That's how I feel, at least)
It's obvious you really love this character. I will have to try my hand at drawing him some time.

It's just a gryphon that's been edited to griff sown taste ^^ if anyone would be to make a closed specie out of this all they would be doing is taking a mythical animal that many people believe in and be making money off of it ^^ so if you wanted to make one! it would be free since it is already a 'specie'

The only gryphons I know of are the ones with half the body of an eagle, the other half of a lion and wings, that's why I didn't see much resemblance xD It seems quite an original specie to me. The head reminds me a bit of the parasaurus

rather than many people believing in them I think there's also the fact that they are a staple mythical creature- gryphons have been used in thousands of fantasy stories, and date back to ancient greece (maybe even ancient egypt)... so no one can own them as a species ^^
