Durr.. What to tell..
Her name is Ria Keshiryo, age is 15-17, or that's what she looks like.
Fully Shinigami, her team is the 10th Division.
Her ZanpankutΓ΄ power is metallic spider web/cobweb. When not hardened, the web is like spider's; soft, strong and very light. Ria uses small amount of her reiatsu to harden the web into very strong but thin metallic string/wire that can cut throught flesh and bones.
She has red, tied up hair with white/grey streak(s) in the front, slightly covers right eye. Eyes are of an interesting colour, they're almost white, even the pupils, they're slightly darker but still not black.
She's pretty tall, her height reaching up to 196,7cm. She refuses to tell her weight, but she seems pretty light.
She got a 'curse' on her left arm, a 'gift' from Hadani. When in near-death-situation or Bankai, the curse 'awakens', boosting Ria's strength, reflexes/sensitivity/senses and the amount of web she can use, having no extremely special powers and it doesn't cause any pain/suffering.
She usually covers her arm with bandages, trying to avoid awkward questions about the curse.
One of her missions was pretty unsuccesful, and the enemy captured her and used her in their little test to see if a Hollow or an Arrancar could be placed on a Shinigami without both of them dying. She was one of the succesful ones, other one being a girl named Sheru.
They shared the same cell, unfortunately, since they managed to escape from the stronghold and blow up the 'lab' area of it.
Fearing that they would go berserk due to the Hollows/Arrancars inside them, the girls decided to leave Soul Society for couple of years to train to control their Hollows.
Hadani, γγγ (Red spider), is Ria's ZanpankutΓ΄. In it's Sealed form, it takes the appereance of a two handed katana. (I yet have to choose the colours, and Shikai form is uncomplete, lol.)
In Bankai, Ria 'grows' 6 to 8 metallic spider legs in her back. They act/are used like arms, holding up the webs. She doesn't actually have to use her hands at all.
Release phrase to activate Shikai is ''Akai tsuki o suraisu, Hadani! (Slice the red moon, Hadani!)''
In her Bankai, she calmly says almost whispering, ''Kinzoku Hadani.'' (Red Metal Spider)
Hadani's Spirit form is a red spider with white emblem on her back and face. She has two additional, humanic arms, legs are long and metallic. (So it's like 8 legs, 2 arms.)
In her materialized form (Humanic form) she is a black haired young woman with red emblem on her forehead and hands. She has red eyes with black sclera. Metallic spider legs grow from her back, they are usually 'folded' when not in use. She has the same 'curse' as Ria does, but in both arms.

Sounds cool. Kinda reminds me of at least one of my OCs. Her zanpakuto's spirit form is a spider as well, the name being "Steel-weaving Spider"...I yet have to translate the name AND to actually have her use bankai.

Not, she's not a Vizard, but you could call her one. The whole 'placing-a-Hollow-inside-someone-who-is-already-a-Shinigami' thing is my friend's idea. Even I don't have the slightest of idea how it actually works. Her Hollow's name is Rai (Raiden), since he refused to tell Ria, and she is decided to annoy him a bit by giving Rai a name that resembles her own. XD
Since Rai didn't 'born' from Ria, he doesn't look like her nor he is the same gender.

Ah, ok. So basically they got experimented on by someone who tried a different approach to the whole "fused-powers-of-Hollow-and-Shinigami" Thing...do they share the same body? Meaning, can they stand in fron of each other outside of their inner world? Can the Shinigami use the mask? Can the Hollow turn Arrancar? Please tell me what you DO know about it, it sounds rather interesting.
In the RP I did with a friend, one of my OCs turned into some strange kind of vizard aswell...more of a combination of Arrancar and Vizard actually. He's still a shinigami, with Zanpakuto and all, but he got a second sword, a ressureccion one, that allows him to transform (or ressurect) like a normal arrancar would.
I kinda went there because his hollowfication process went further than it did for anyone in the manga...he also has a circular scar on his chest in his normal human (or shinigami) form where his hole was when he turned hollow. Also the hole reappears everytime he uses his Ressureccion to a certain extent.
His Zanpakuto is Ryuseimaru (Meteor Dragon), I have pics of it in my Zanpakuto Gallery, while his Ressureccion Sword is named Hidra Devorare (rough spanish for "Devouring Hydra") and I got pics of that in my Hollow Galery.

Yes, like that. They share the same body, and everytime Rai takes over Ria, she gets the same mask that Rai can use, and the colour of her eyes and skin changes slightly. Their voices also get mixed + an echo effect. Ria can call out to Rai, but sometimes he's too lazy or annoying to help her whatsoever. If she gets badly hurt/nearly dead, Rai will give her a little boost of power because he doesn't want to die. Their relationship is odd, both of them wants to get rid of each other without both of them dying, but/and they sometimes even act like they are best buddies. Rai still likes to torture her in the most worst situations and make her annoyed.
Rai and Hadani both live in the inner world, though they don't talk much. Hadani treats him like an intruder (what he pretty much is) but she cannot kill the Hollow. If she would, Ria would die as well. They're all part of her, Rai mostly.
So far Rai cannot get free from his current 'prison', and he doesn't really even try, making Rai paranoid about his real plans, does he really just wait when she's weak and then try to take over? Ria doesn't know.
About Rai's Arrancar transformations... Not sure yet. I don't wanna overpower Ria too much. Rai is a scorpion though, but with humanic body.

My guy, named Ty, after my pseudonym, has the normal Zanpakuto spirit and his hollow incarnation ( in his inner world.
His zanpakuto spirit:
A giant and long asian dragon, roughly looking like the one on my avatar pic.
His inner hollow spirit:
A horned and spiked snake-like dragon skeleton of the same dimensions as the Zanpauto spirit. (I still need to make it up completely but since I kinda suck at drawing...aw well, I'll get to it eventually.)
His inner world:
The inside of a volcano. Basically a large, almost circular shaft, roughly a kilometer in diameter and in a height of 10 kilometers is the opening to a mostly clear blue sky. But, as in Ichigo's inner world, it can rain. The bottom of the shaft is a pool of lava with a stone platform of about 500 meters in diameter at it's center. The zanpakuto spirit dragon mostly hides, submerged in the lava beneath the platform. When the hollow first showed itself, it broke free from the wall like a fossil, but now it's mostly hiding outside the volcano, ever circling the opening.

Interesting character I must say, even if you just told about his Inner World and Hollow. I myself am not sure what Ria's Inner World would look like. Something with a dark-ish, huge forest with countless spiderwebs. And lanterns. And some water. Idk. XDDD

Well, sounds defintiely creepy...and pretty defined if you ask me. Most inner worlds aren't meant to have precise boundaries. Remeber what Ichigo's inner world looked like? It went on for, like, forever. Yours is a dark, creepy and spiderweb-filled forrest with rivers running through it, and few creaky, rotten and old wooden bridges leading over the narrow rivers. Oh, and a few lanterns are hanging on some randomly placed stands all over the place. But they're only casting a very gloomy light. I actually can see it pretty clearly now...

Is your decision, but how about this: It is a pocket dimension after all and in that whole forrest is only one clearing. No matter how far you go in one direction, you'll get back to that clearing. It's like that old TV joke, where someone disappears on one end of the screen and comes back in from the other side. Know what I mean?
By the way: The zanpakutos of my personal OCs are Ryuseimaru, Haganemaru and Hisuihime. There is a fourth character, but her shikai is so ... strange that I can replicate its look SketchUp.
