you just use a soft brush, one with much feathering, or you can use blur aswell, I dont think ive explained this on my tutorials because its just click on canvas and draw the brush over the backround

Nice work! How do you think up your landscapes? I have real trouble thinking up interesting ones myself. Do you have any tips?

I just kinda start with a random simple sketch, and then when I add color I just paint and paint til I like it, sometimes I remove whole areas and add diffrent things, If I dont like it at all, I start all over or try to see if changing colors or composition will help. Whats nice with doing simple sketches like this, is that you dont have to put much effort into them, so it wont waste much time if you make a bad one. Its important to make bad ones, because if you know you made a bad one, you know you can imporve. And that is the key to improvement

Thank you! I sketch mine out but they always seem to turn into forests for some reason. I managed to get some sand dunes the other day though and a nice nighttime scene. Yes you're right, we learn from our mistakes and so they become lessons!

xD well it is indeed for me. I am used to choosing colors and doing quick drawings, its something you get used to really when you grow as an artist. I could never have done this years ago without the amount of practice and study ive done.
