yes unless it says other wise xD I find it far more easy to work with! Dx photoshop is a pain for some reason, I like the feature in mspaint were you have two colors at the same time, you color normally for one, and then you can color by rightclicking aswell with the other color

I find Paint Tool SAI also works well for pixeling ;3
