Kragok and his wife Melane (Pronounced: Meh-Lane, not Melanie), engineer and Legion warrior (everyone is because everyone has to be.)Kragok lost his left eye and arm in a battle. Melane comforts him with the assurance that the prosthetics have not changed how she feels about him. Another example of what true love is.
It felt good to draw echidnas again. They're fun

I know- even if I haven't collected the comics for over 10 years the shenanigans have hit home. He talked shiznit about two of my good friends behind their backs, saying he was the only one that ever really cared about the comics. The nerve of someone trying to look righteous at the expense of other people's reputation!

and yeah, really! That's just awful....and wiping away damn near 20 years of story and characters? I'm still angry about those.

I was under the impression he was throwing all people who worked for Archie under a bus, including Dawn and Manny. Knowing at least Dawn had a passion for drawing Sonic art and hearing Ken talk like he's the only one that gave a crap I just about threw up.
And the tragic thing about it is that he was one of the greatest literary influences I had as a child and he made the most interesting characters. Honestly I don't know how to hate someone after all that, but I sure as hell am disappointed in him.

awwww I love how beat up you made him look and how he is looking down like that, it looks like his pride has been hurt too.
Melane looks so lovely and sweet as she is comforting him and reassuring him that she still loves him the way he is 
As a long time fan of the character I have wondered how he lost those parts but haven't seen much art depicting ideas, so I am very happy to see you illustrated this! (and seeing you draw echidnas again eeee!).
