Basic History: Owen is actually one of the last members of an ancient species of dragonkin, dating back to the beginning of existence. At a young age while all the other members of his colony were much older, he knew he'd one day be alone. After his colony started dying off around him, he decided to travel around the world in search of other earthbound dragonkin.

Abilities: Since his species dwells underground/burrows, he has extremely powerful arms and legs that allow him to dig extremely fast. He's also rather quick on his feet. He has no elemental abilities, but peeps say he has the ability to 'make everybody happy', if that counts.
He loves getting peeps to laugh.
