It is called Syss or "pure light" a concentrated light like energy which can even give life... also called "fire of life"
His light power mostly resides in his heart and this is why he cannot use it directly
And it is honor... certainly

Fire that gives live and pure light (i thing a MIX between the light Element and the normal fire element)
In reality Fire is both too^^ (Look at vulcanos, create new land and Live(after many Years) but that is MAGMA (but HOT too xD))
