If i were to randomly change then I wouldn't wear some "unisex" clothes and rather have spare set

If you wear something really masculine or feminine it would look very weird when changing to the wrong gender, especially in public.
For that moment and you might not have a place where you CAN change.
You cannot ever go wrong with a T-shirt and trousers, when both of your forms aren't bad looking.
Guys can look really sexy in that, as can girls. ^^

Women actually make a trade-off when they opt to protect their bodies by wearing masculine clothing.
It's quite sad, what they have to go through, and what load society places on them at times.

If you mean pants and t-shirts, yes. Even to a certain extent in shorts. They're certainly more masculine than feminine, even though there are ways to feminize such clothing.
