I would suggest creating for example go launcher theme using go launcher theme factory, just create icons in same style and post preview to go dev team and hopefully they will cooperate with you (you can earn some serious money on it)

oh, awesome I bet that if it would be tweaked a bit it could be used as awesome wallpaper homescreen... well I mean put these as wallpaper, add transparent shortcuts to applications and for example when clicking on micro sd - file browser would appear etc.
