A few rough ship concepts I did for Planet Hulk... not all made it. I think the decision ended up based on how easy it would be it is to mass produce... no 3Everything on the planet was supposed to be scavenged (from ships that got pulled in through the wormhole and crashed) and hence these would have to be old and looked like it was inefficiently pieced together.

I wanted that to be chosen, but that config would only mean it would be too unique (since it's only half the original ship)... and they didn't want that... I think

I see...I guess you can't win 'em all, but nevertheless, all of the designs are amazing. I'm sure the whole project will look incredible when its finished

Uhh I love ship concepts. To be honest with you No 1 is the best looking one. Not that the others wouldn't be great but the 1st one is like wow.
Oh and pleas pleas pleas i would have a request!!! Kick Romita junior out of there and do World War Hulk your self!!! Pleassssssss His art sucks in comparison to yours, your art is so much better and fits the Hulk so much more. Please do this for the Hulk loving community!

Thanks, IMO, his art kick's ass, but sometimes it takes the right combination of inker. Not that his inker isn't good (in fact he is one of the best)... but personally not my preference for his art.
He is a really good storyteller and artist, and I learned a lot from reading books he's drawn

He might be a god artist but still, your art fits the hulk so much more. I saw the WWH promo poster and he really doesn't have the style for a big event like this, my personal opinion. I didn't even bother reading the hulk until the Planet Hulk saga, and it had such an epic story till now. I talked to many people who like hulk and think that the current Planet Hulk team would have done a much better job with WWH.
Anyways I totally love your style and hope to see it in many other books as well!

How smart is the Hulk, right now? I haven't been feeling the Planet Hulk hype, post Civil War, because I just think he's bound to lose to Wolverine one of these days.
