Description
A drawing named by my niece when she was very young. I showed her the finished piece and asked her what it was. She replied, "Trash on a blanket."Unfortunately the original sustained some water damage when our basement flooded and has stains through the image that I haven't found out how to repair without damaging the drawing.

it's amazing how you take such a normal scenerio and makes it super interesting. that's where the art is

Amazing texture, all your works are photo real
Out of interest, do you/can you work from imagination? or from life? i just notice that many of the people who do such realism, have to do it from life, and those who cannot do photo realism, never want a subject in life but to use imagination. all art is great, just interests me how things go..

If you look at my dinosaurs and such, they are totally from imagination. When I do an actual still life, I do work from a live setup. I'm sure much of my more imaginative work derives from what I learn from actual observation.

Thats so great, id hoped so, i like creativity... I wish i could do art thats realistic, mine comes out heavily stylised.. cool, but never what i expect, iv ended up not trying to draw anything specific just seeing what comes out.
