I use a program called Maya. It is a very expensive program... but there is a free learning edition available at [link]

you should google for some maya beginners tutorials, it is a very complex program.

well, maybe I do, I havent really tried a human type guy yet....

But I'll try that on something I like. I dont have a PS2 (cries) and thus haven't played kingdom hearts.
