Description For [link]
Trying to rp again with my homie, Lighto. :'3c

Name: Peter A. Sullivan
Age: 19 20
Height: 6'3"
Birthday: April 23
Race: Demigod
Sex: Male
God-parent: Demeter
Mortal Parent(s): Oscar Sullivan

Powers:
First Power: Something like Tarzan
At level one, Peter is capable of climbing trees that otherwise couldn't be climbed; with limbs that are far too weak to hold his weight. His power makes these limbs strong enough to hold his weight, but only for about a minute each. He feels worn out after using this power for a total of five minutes and with a recharge period of three hours.
Level two: The unsavory branches can now support him for a total of two minutes, and he can use it for eight minutes total before feeling worn out and needs a couple hours to recharge.
Level three: He's now able to summon up plant life that's been dead to grab onto to support him while climbing, but only on other plant life such as trees. These once dead limbs only last for a minute, however, before returning to their prior state.
Level four: The dead plant life will now last for a total of two minutes. He can now use his abilities for a total of ten minutes before feeling worn out and needing an hour to recharge.
Level five: Able to summon up dead plant life from the soil to help him gain access to higher places. The resurrected plant life will only last for a period of three minutes. Now able to use his abilities for a total of fifteen minutes before feeling worn out.

Second Power: Crab Grass
Level Five: Peter is able to summon grass beneath one person (or creature's) feet to wrap around their ankles and hold them in place for up to ten seconds, enabling an escape route. This only works once a day, and the grass can be broken by normal weapons or a type of magic, but not pulled out by sheer force until the ten seconds are up. Peter can only use this once a day before needing to rest.
Level Six: Can now snare up to three people's ankles, but only for ten seconds each, and not at the same time.
Level Seven: The grass is now hardened, and normal weapons can not break it. It can hold onto ankles for up to fifteen seconds before it can be broken normally.
Level Eight: Once wrapped around, the grass will grow up to a person's calf and hold them for longer, (twenty five seconds) making it harder to escape.
Level Nine: Peter can now do this up to five people a day before getting tired. While he could only use it on people standing on live grass, he is now able to use it on people standing on anything with grass seeds or dead grass beneath them.
Level Ten: The grass can now move up and hold onto up to five people a day, keeping them in place for a total of thirty seconds before they are able to attempt escape normally. The grass has grown to wrap around the waists, and keeps a tight hold.

Blessing One
For his first blessing, Peter has been given a magical bandana. It is unloseable, remains magically clean, repels pests, and gives him the ability to climb plant life both living and dead. While he has his bandana, he will be able to climb anything that is or was a plant. It will form handholds for him and support his weight so long as it is firmly anchored. At first it will do so for 30 minutes with a necessary recharge of 6 hours. As he grows stronger, the usable time will increase and the downtime will decrease.
Level Ten: The bandana enables Peter to climb anything that is or once was a plant life in some form, it will support his weight and form handholds to climb on so long as it is firmly anchored. At this level it will do so for thirty minutes and recharge for six hours.
Level Eleven: The bandana is able to be used for an hour with a recharge of five hours.
Level Twelve: The bandana is able to be used for an hour and a half with a recharge of four hours.
Level Thirteen: The bandana is able to be used for two hours with a recharge of three hours.
Level Fourteen: The bandana is able to be used for two and a half hours with a recharge of two hours.

Third Power: Use Harden
Level 15: Peter is able to enhance a wooden source to reinforce it, making it immune to fire, and becoming hard enough to take a much stronger effort to break down with normal weapons, while still holding it's wooden appearance. This only lasts on one smaller object (about the size of a small 24" in diameter shield) for about two hours but requires a recharge time of 24 hours to use again.
Level 16: Peter's power can now reinforce slightly larger wooden objects (objects about 40" in diameter or so) and can be used for up to four hours and requires twelve hours to recharge.
Level 17: Peter can now reinforce a large object (up to the size of a wooden wall or small 10' x 9' foot room). Peter's power can now be used for up to six hours and requires a six hour recharge.
Level 18: Peter can now reinforce an entire tree, making it immune momentarily from fire and disease, as well as weapons, while still holding it's wooden appearance. The tree can only be a single tree, however, and he must be in direct contact with it.
Level 19: Peter can reinforce up to five trees that he's had direct contact with. The reinforcement will only last for six hours and will wear off afterwards.
Level 20: At max power, Peter is able to reinforce a small wooden room, or a small forested area of up to ten trees that he's had direct contact with for up to six hours. These wooden object will retain their wooden appearance, but become immune to fire, disease, and become hard enough to take a much stronger effort to break down with normal weapons. This effect will last for up to six hours, and after each use, requires a six hour recharge time before another use.

Weapon:
-Mist form: A four leaf clover charm he wears as a necklace.
-Non-Mist form: A silver sickle with engraved clovers on the blade, and a beaded handle.

Personality: At first glance, Peter appears to be a carefree, goofy, and friendly young man with an old fashioned teaching to be polite to anyone around him. Beneath that, however, he's actually reserved about himself and other people, choosing not to really listen to them at first and likewise, not really talk about himself when it matters. However, he's a fairly "motherly" person and loves to dote after others once he grows to like them enough, which isn't as hard as it seems to be. It's simply about spending time together. Because as much as he can be selective about what he listens to, choose to spend enough time around him and he'll begin to be all ears soon enough.
While he can be secretive about himself, he's also a fairly honest person, and doesn't like telling lies, even if they're little white ones. (Telling little jokes is another thing all together.) He also tends to look down on others who do.

Deadly Flaw:
Selective hearing. If Peter doesn't want to listen to it, he chooses not to hear it. Even if it's something that could very well save his life, if he simply doesn't want to, he won't give it the ear it deserves.
Let it broil: Peter isn't one to talk about himself, even to people he loves. He prefers to keep it inside, especially if it's troubling, and let it eat up until it takes it's toll on him outwardly.

Background:
Oscar Sullivan was a recently widowed man raising his daughter, Catherine Sullivan, alone. A proud botanist, the two lived where he worked; in the middle of a wooded area where Oscar studied the local trees and plants. During his surveying of the town, however, he found a sudden infection killing off a hearty supply of the trees, and set to work to save them. In doing so, he befriended a mysterious woman he called Dee Dee, and if not for her help, he was sure he wouldn't have been able to find out the cause of the disease as fast as he did, thus saving a good portion of the forest.
Through the time they spent together, Oscar grew affectionate towards the woman he knew as Dee Dee, and through that shared affection, a baby boy was born.
However, when he was finally born, Dee Dee revealed her true self as the Goddess Demeter and handed the boy to Oscar to raise alone.
Oscar accepted, simply because he felt it was his responsibility and cared for the boy alongside his older daughter, who resented the baby at first, instead wanting her mother back. However, as they grew older Catherine also grew to love him and helped raise him as the female figure he lacked. (Though it was more for her gain, as she always wanted a life sized barbie doll for Christmas...) Both grew up under Oscar's older fashioned care, learning to be polite, particularly to older figures, and to hold respect as one of the greatest gifts they could give to people.
However, as much as he got along with his human family, Peter from a young age began to show strange signs that gave away his stranger heritage. He rarely enjoyed staying indoors, and was able to climb trees not long after he was walking; sometimes getting too high to reach. His teachers were often upset during recess and called Oscar one too many times about how his son misbehaved and was "climbing the trees again".
Writing it off as childlike and "adorable" albeit sometimes annoying, they weren't able to explain it when one day Peter was attacked by a monster, a Scythian Dracanae to be precise, that chased him up into the trees. His skills as a climber managed to save him from her spears and nets, barely, but Oscar simply didn't want to chance it; Peter was sent to Camp Half Blood soon after.

Other Info:
A big eater, particularly of grains like rice. He enjoys putting them in strange combinations and will try pretty much everything once given the chance. He enjoys seeing other people's reactions to his favorite dishes. But he's not very good at cooking himself. Just do yourself a favor and never let him in your kitchen.

Loves jokes, but hates jokes that are supposed to bring other people down. He'll rarely make a joke at other people's expense because to him, it's just downright rude.

His mother figure was his older sister, who enjoyed dressing him up as a kid, thus, he'll wear whatever the hell he likes, even if it's a kilt or a skirt should it suit him.

Catherine is probably the one who gets him the most, and is about five years older than him, and is currently enjoying a job at retail back in their home town in Wisconsin. While he may affectionately call her a bully, he actually admires her quite a bit for taking care of him for so long and gets his motherly nature from her.

If anyone makes fun of his motherly nature, such as his need to see everyone he loves eat well and stay warm, he'll simply laugh and agree.

Isn't one to get into fights, no matter how much you poke at him. He was raised with the rule of "kill with kindness". Of course this doesn't mean he won't secretly brood about it inside.

He's bald by choice, shaving his head every other week or so; it helps him keep ticks at bay since he used to be attacked by them often as a child while tree climbing.

His charm was actually found by his older sister while the two of them were searching for four leaf clovers. His sister, who was always jealous of his luck in finding them found the necklace among a patch of clovers one day. She felt it belonged to Peter, however, and gave it to him instead of keeping it for herself.

Loves the outdoors and camping. He's traveled with his family around for new camping experiences.

Peter, like most Demigods, has dyslexia. However, his is relatively mild compared to others, and was treated fairly early by his father. He has trouble with longer words, but he's quite capable of reading most books on his own, depending on the degree of difficulty.

Note: I don't own Percy Jackson and all that good stuff
