A tablet is a very useful tool for a digital artist. I would recommend getting one. A drawing tablet is one of those things that takes a while to get used to (you're looking at the screen and not your hand as your drawing!), but once you get it down, it's one of the greatest investments you'll make.Β

If you buy a tablet - go with Wacom. They are the 100% best on the market. Even thought hey seem dead expensive, they are worth every penny.Β
I have twice bought other tablet brands to save money and both times, the tablets failed miserably...no pen pressure, lagging etc. Wacom always run smoothly - and is what the professionals use too^^ So if you ever want to live off drawing later on, you already got the right tools

A lovely, down to earth illustration. The carefree and rural atmosphere of the piece is rather commendable, even more so considering her fair expression and braided hair do. The warm colour palette of the work further increases the charming impression of the work.
