I like Wally as Flash as well, but i think he needs some kind of costume change to separate him from Barry. I've done one, based on his Kid flash outfit in my Ultimate JLA pic and in a recent JLA pic I did based on onecoyote's work.

Bruce Timm initially did wally's s:tas design and jl design to separate him from Barry's eyeballs mask and thick bolts and wings.

It's written in Porteugese (sp?), but the programmer dropped the Bruce Timm template in favor of something else... sniff! The new program offers more options, but I like the Timm template best.
