This great pic was posted on the Mighty Crusaders message board by Damon Owens. The artist is Kevin Sharpe. You can find out more about it by clicking this [link] It's very cool to see disseperate universes collide. I'm not sure the Crusaders could take Juggernaut and win, but I'd be willing to spend money on it to find out! As always coloring and backgrounds by me...Crusaders are copyright Archie Comics.

this is such an exciting time for the MLJ characters!
victor had me working on this research project going back into the old pep comics etc looking for material n these guys and when i found out they were going to be incorperated into the DCU i blew a casket!
anyway - as always love the coloring on this piece - hope to see more MLJ shots!

Hardly pesky at all. Good to know, and pleased to meet you. I'm also an editor for the Grand Comics Database [www.comic.org] with an emphasis on the Archie characters and creators, so I'm always glad to meet someone who works there....

OOOO double post!! LOL... glad you liked it. I always have a hard time with backgrounds and light sketches-- sometimes I feel like the colors "smudge" everything, for lack of a better term. Anyway I did like the way it finally turned out. Glad you did too!

I love it, Katie, RIINA-L, and I always LOVED the
alternate universes/Earths idea, G!
Our commissioner-friend had his OWN ideas,
that is where we helped flesh out TWO different
ULTRA-GUARDIANS, he actually had the NEW
GUARDIANS before DC comics INVENTED the name,
but he was so small, it was NOT worth his efforts
or cash to pursue the matter..
