i like this, good command of basic anatomy and composition. I know its not the best it can be and your the kind of artist always trying to improve, I see you got what it takes. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, all this stuff was really just drawing practice that I turned into a massive sequence, It's actually a bit painful looking back on it as you can see all the things you did wrong so clearly.Β This was 7 years ago now that i did this! If you look at the rest of my gallery you can see how much I've improved, but i felt I'd really reached a plateau of how good I was going to get without some serious investment of time in art lessons etc. It felt more of a chore to finish my comics, an obligation, so i'mΒ "retired" now although I have done the odd piece of artwork and even a story when I get excited by an idea again
I do really like your stuff, its a very realistic take on weight gain, have you ever considered doing stuff in a more cartoon style?

wow Β years ago, thats a long time ago now. But the fundamentals to improving are in that piece and I'll be checking out your more recent artwork today. Thanks, yeh its quite photorealistic, i have one or two cartoony styles but I rarely get around to finishing them.
