Have I mentioned that I love Shima? The way you portrayed her here is just magical. Those stars on the background almost look like a snowstorm, which gives the piece some motion. And I know how difficult it might be to get the colors right when working with dark backgrounds, and I must say that you definitely nailed it. The lighting is so smooth... The overall picture is so relaxing and satisfying to look at aaaah
also, nobody really makes you to finish your previous comic, I think that you should draw whatever you like and if you want to start another comic then go for it!!
