This is Gates, battling his way into Soloman's fortress. It's a pinup illustration for my upcoming comic, Gates,htttp://www.halhefner.com
I am also the creator of GATES: Heavy Metal Magazine's FIRST Online comic. Gates is written and illustrated by me (Hal Hefner).
The site launched on 10.31.10 and the comic will officially begin publishing weekly on 1.1.11
