(Haha, copy+paste desc.)I'm not done yet, but I had a very Daft Punk day at work so I wanted to get something up tonight. I still need to draw Thomas and then color it all.
Lol, okay, so this was pretty amusing: I was doodling Guy today at my register and my manager comes over and looks at it and just starts smiling (I thought she was making fun of me at first) and was like 'I didn't know you like Daft Punk! I love them!' She gave me a magazine she had with her that they were in, (she's bringing me another), and kept telling me to finish drawing every time she walked past me.
The rest of the night was spent dancing to 'Human After All' in my head.

Hey if you're emo about missing it, they recorded one of the french concerts and released it as an album; Alive 2007. It's the concert I saw song for song, so um, put it on, turn the lights off and pretend there's an awesome lightshow going on? It's like being there.
Though the australian tour wasn't alive 2007, it was "Never Ever Land" and had extra bits of awesome, like 'the presets' & other bands. Well worth $130 a ticket. However Daft Punk alone is worth it. Everything else was a bonus. Except Muscles, he's awful.
You know who's totally the next daft punk??? Paqman, they're insanely good. (I do enjoy pimping them out, can you tell?)

you know another good daft punk cd? Daft Club. I particularly like Romanthony's live version of One More Time, and the Neptunes Remix of Harder Better Faster Stronger. Oh, and the Gonzales version of Too Long, is gorgeous, but that's a gorgeous song anyway. <3
as I've already pimped paqman, how about Presets? There song "Are You the One" is so hardcore!awesome. And Chromeo's Tenderoni, that's damn fine too. Also Justice; D.A.N.C.E. if you haven't checked it out. (I like that 2/3 bands I just mentioned are on Daft Punk's label. Way to diversify)
