Shiny hair!Well, since I'm learning to draw all over again, I thought I would start with what I typically pay the most attention to: The face, in particular the eyes.
I typically don't draw pointy hair, however, so it is also an experiment of sort.
Also experimenting on getting the "shiny" effect" on hair. Can't seem to get the pendant's shiny-ness right, though... Maybe next time...
As with the name, wife came up with it 'cuz she thinks he looks "punk rock" and wanted him to have JP HS uniform like "Nobu" from the manga (also live action movie) "Nana"

his hair reminds me a bit of dragonball thou... altho i dont think that's the idea.. hehe

Yeah the hair is a bit Dragon Ball-ish... Well, my first time ever drawing spiky hair (I think) so just thought I'd try it
The colors I didn't really pick out... My wife helped me pick 'em x.x;;; I have a hard time seeing what color is good so I always need someone else with better color sense to help me out
