Yay! I took some time away from homework to do Howl's Moving Castle fanart!I recently watched the movie with new Art Institute friends and we've been fangirling about Howl ever since.
(I did the sparkles with a brush my awesome friend tia downloaded for me. brushes ftw!)

Lovely! I remember reading the book as a kid, and I luuurrrrved the Miyazaki adaptation.
Pose and perspective = awesome, colors are great (and have a soft, "magical" sort of feel), and Calcifer is the greatest.

I'm not familiar with these characters but my goodness, you improve with each drawing and its looks so...dreamy?
The speckles remind me of star dust or something. I love the perspective too, very nice flow throughout the picture
