Some stuff I spent a lot of time on but never managed to finish. Please excuse the quality of some pictures, I didn't bother to scan some sketches and instead used my über cool camera, which doesn't work that well...

Some boring babbling about the pictures:

Dunno where the idea for the first picture came from, but it's the first time I tried drawing a background... It turned out pretty well considering my drawing skills, and I was supposed to colour it in Photoshop, but it had so much detail that I gave up.

The hands are something I drew on mother tongue and literature class a few weeks ago. As people who have visited my gallery have probably noticed: I can't draw hands. I never really bothered to practise, because it was hard to find reference pictures. They never had the hands the way I wanted to draw them....

It wasn't until last november I realised I could use my OWN hands for reference (I'm 18 years old). SHOCKING REVELATION!!! OMG!!11

I felt a bit stupid when I finally realised it. But because I'm right-handed, I can only use my left hand for reference. These turned out amazingly well compared to the hands I draw without reference, but I believe that at some point I can draw the left hand perfectly, but have no idea how to draw the right one...

I started making the dress up stamp when I got my subscription, because there were no "I love dress ups" stamps on DA. It was going to have a lot of cool animation, but I got tired with it.

The next one was supposed to be a shichibukai (One piece) picture in lucky star style. I'm glad I never finished this one... But I put it here because Kuma looks just so damn stupid it makes me laugh.

Next is some chibi invasion sketches: L, Light, Simon, Hermione, Inuyasha&Kagome, Tsugumi (from Kannagi), Luna and Abel Nightroad. I spent a lot of time on Abel, but it never got further than this.

The first Luffyko is fairly new and was put there just to fill some space. The second and third were supposed to be in the Moar Luffyko pic, but I got really fed up with drawing her(?) over 20 times... But I'll colour these as well if I ever draw more Luffyko cosplays. The second is a random Amazon lily outfit and the third is Magellan.

Next is two so far unnamed OCs. I hate that word, but that's what they are I guess. Sorry about the pic, I couldn't get a better one. I really like how the Photoshop-coloured picture of the black-haired girl turned out. The other girl has either blonde or light brown hair (I haven't decided yet).

I really have no idea what made me draw the Pokemon pictures. The Ace/Luffy image is there just for the lulz. I liked how their legs turned out.

The next 6 pictures are quite old. I tried drawing Luffy and Nami in different artists' styles, but then realised I should first learn to draw them even in my style before even attempting to copy someone else's... The first is trying to imitate Naruto style, next Strike witches, then Arina Tanemura, Kiyohiko Azuma (Azumanga daioh, Yotsuba&!), The author of Pita-ten and Lucky star style. I really like the Lucky star Luffy.

Next is some popular anime characters cosplaying each other's school uniforms. They're
-Haruhi (The melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi) wearing Lucky star uniform
-Nagi (Kannagi) wearing Haruhi uniform
-Ritsu (K-on!) wearing Kannagi uniform
-Kagome (Inuyasha) wearing... well you get the picture
-Akane (Ranma½ )
-Chiyo-chan(Azumanga daioh)
-Kagami (Lucky Star)

The last three images were supposed to be a part of "brothers" image series, followed by "sisters" and "siblings". But as always I ran out of spirit and quit after two and a half images.
