A GROWN UP VERSION OF CHIHIRO
Aaah I hope you guys like it!

First off, I really love the painterly look of the piece! It, together with the colour choice, gives off a really soft, and slightly nostalgic feeling, which suits the piece, since it's a fanart of a Ghibli movie. I also love how many shades of the same colour you used for everything (especially that hair!), and that you added some blue to the foreground to make it fit better with the background.
One thing that maybe could be fixed would be the distance between her eyes. It seems a tad too big, but it's not so big that it draws a lot of attention to it, so it's not a big deal. It's just that the space between the eyes should be about the size of one eye, and maybe even a little less in this case, since her face is at an angle, so the eyes should look slightly closer together than they usually would.
The shape of the face could also be smoothed out a little, since her right (our left) cheek looks slightly lumpy.
Also, I'm not entirely sure what the piece is trying to convey, haha. It's been a while since I've watched Spirited Away, so I don't remember if there was anything about paper planes or water, but if there wasn't, a quick blurb explaining the meaning behind the fanart would have been a good idea C:

First of all , preatty good drawing overall .
I based the grade based on what the deviant art help sais .
In vision , i graded realtively low because I dont sense the message youΒ΄re trying to give ( if I have to guess its serenity , be calm , etc)
Originality: This is one of the grades that I graded higher because It is your vission of the character is a future , but it is not an OC , so I couldnt give a full grade.
Technique : In technique you coud have gotten full gradde , but I have seen drawings that I fell that it suits better that style . That and maybe ( in my opinion ) it maight look better if you cut the limits of the stroke to the actual figure ( not have so many out-of-line strokes ) .
In impact , I got amazed at the image , but the amzeent dint last long. I suggest that the image it self represents something , by giving it a message , or even better a hidden message , you will atrct more attention.
Note: when people grow up the face sharpens , she , in my opninon , still gives a preatty child like aura.
... and thats it. If you like it good , if you follow me , better , BUT IF YOU LIKE A COMMISSION or req THAT WUOLD BE THE BEST.
