Description

I had experimented with different ways to photograph the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. It was only visible in the early evening, and after a short time would fall below the horizon.

Taking this alone in the sky left no room for reference to earth. It slowly dropped lower to soon disappear. This was the only chance I had to include the night sky with the treeline, which kept me constantly moving my tripod as I needed to keep these planets unobstructed in the branches.
