could you break down what you're doing between the second and third and the third and last steps?

sure, look I used a layer on top of lineart and base color between the second and third steps^^

And the third and last step I just use layers with in multiply and overlay for adding it effect of shading and highlight

honestly you could have stopped with the second step

I just think, for the stylization you're using, that using lines as small as you are in the 3rd and 4th steps makes us concentrate too much on the rendered details. It's really good, don't get me wrong.
