...Make up?Not sure what started my Sailor Moon kick up again but all I've been able to think about lately is "what if X was a sailor scout...?". I've victimized every series from Bleach to Tsubasa almost while working on this picture. Hopefully, this'll get it out of my system and no one will have to see the fruits of my insanity. x3
This chibi is based off Serenity's manga design where she has white hair because I think she's much prettier with white hair than blonde hair~
