I thought this slightly altered design would give more of a hint about Torracat's final evolution. All I did was give it an extra thumb-like toe/finger and gave it the ability to stand up on it's hind legs (similar to Pikachu)

It would definitely make more sense if it stood on two legs.
Personally, I would have made the collar into a belt (keeping the design, of course).
If I remember right, Litten doesn't have a collar-like thing around its neck.
So it would make sense to make it a belt right away.
(which is something that bothers me as well; Torracat has a collar that transforms into a belt when becoming Incineroar in its official design...)

Didn't think of that.
I always hoped for some kind of second form. Something like "domestic" and "feral" as all of the starters look extremly humanised this time.
