its really nice. reminiscent of the minimalist artwork of the 90s - makes me wanna listen to Pink Floyd right about now

which really made me wonder - Why wasn't Floyd used in the game? I mean I'm just talking out loud. The music is great, the atmosphere is sublime and the sheer raw power that comes from simply exploring the castle is as up to par as fighting colossi. honestly. But a little waters influence would have been nice. In terms of voice only - just voice. Rare occasions but every now and then.
ICO is excellent, again it does perfect in itself. and your work captures that ethos which so many fans grew up with it really really does. but a floyd influence does stem out - y'know, the minimalist approach in their 1991 album? its got that theme in it. So powerful its sublime
I just love this work I guess, that would explain the floyd rant.

Whenever I listen to Echoes, I always think of ICO when I hear the line "Do I take you by the hand and lead you through the land." I do enjoy the sparseness of the music used in the game, just hearing the candles flickering and footsteps when exploring the castles, and just hearing the birds and the wind when you're outside. I just get lost in the atmosphere when I'm playing ICO. I'm a big time Floyd fan myself, and I could definitely see their music used on occasion to help underscore some of the game's scenery.
