there some of them not stable.. it will slide when we put book or else..
it look simple but creative.
also, i think should put a little design or graphic. so, the doesn't look cheap.
easy for other people to copy your product
from the way i see, this product, not really suitable for the people who have many kids
anyway, this is just a comment.

i didn't do that on purpose to get some contrast and lure the eye to the upper part of the design.
the sketches i had with the style all the way down were to bland for my taste.

It is. only problem is the size and the weight of it. It's really heavy.
Everything I make is for sale actually and I even make custom designs for people.

they are different kinds of plywood, ocoume and hardwood. I dont really know of wich wood the top layers are made. i made the choice for this wood mainly because of the costs. Im still a student and even with this material it still cost me 250 euro's.

If I had to guess, I would say it looks like oak plywood to me. However, it is hard to tell from this distance.

i don't know exactly what it is, so it might be oak. I'm curious myself now so I think I'll ask the supplier.

Well usually companies use either oak or maple. I am going to try to describe it, you'll have to forgive me I haven't been around either species in a while. If you look down the face of a piece of oak you will see small short black lines. This is unique to oak I think. I have only dealt with oak, walnut, cherry, maple and white pine. so I am not sure if one of the other 200,000 species of wood have similar characteristics. If memory serves me right Oak has a bit of a dark yellow color.
If you go by price I think that oak is usually the cheapest kind out there, but I am not sure I haven't been at the wood shop for a few months.

i don't see any dark lines so i don't think it's oak.
ive placed a photo of a small piece in my scrapbook, so maybe you recognize there.
