I think that the background design is very strong, which is let down by the 'witch' or lady in the foreground. Her image isn't quite detailed enough and the colours you have used for her are quite bland.
The background is excellent, I like the decor and font used- I just thing you should design a more striking pose/image for the woman/witch.
