Scars: Yeah, she's been through a lot. There's really a plethora of tiny/mostly healed knife/bullet wouds but what's shown are the important ones.
Tattoos: I'm desiging a few tattoos for her that I will add later on.
Personality/Background: After everything in DC, Blake left and wandered across the country for many years, encountering all sorts of people, creatures and situations and becomes something of an anti-hero. After all she's been through, she becomes very jaded and angry at the world. She loses hope for the future of humanity, hence her dislike of organized government. She doesn't outright dislike the NCR, but she doesn't trust them. She's more business minded than anything and will take a wide variety of jobs, but is not without heart as she would like everyone to believe. She'll help others as she can, even if she's rolling her eyes and swearing under her breath as she does it. Very, VERY closed off/hard to get close to.
