I've met this cat before
Beautiful drawing. I did a poster of a friend's cat once, some time in the 80ies when I was drawing, and it was on 18x24 paper in graphite. He had it framed and hung it in his apartment. A few of his guests told him that the ear was wrong, that one ear was too forward and low on his head. Eventually I had a copy of the photograph I had worked from made so that he could show his guests that yes, a cat can move their ears!

Oh I have that all the time as well, it annoys me greatly when people do that, tell me what's "wrong" in my paintings. Especially when I worked from a photograph and it just looked like it! Weird, no one says about a photograph: "hm, that ear is wrong..."

This is beautiful, I love the light source. This magic cat reminds me of my feline master Artemis, particularly when he springs out from under my bed to grab my bootlaces.
