Oh my god. I cannot begin to tell you guys.Adventure Time was one of those shows that really influenced me growing up. I was about 6 or 7 when it came out.
I recently wanted to start re-watching it, so my mom bought me the first season on disk.
Finn was definitely my biggest influence. I'd like to think a lot of what I learnt was from Finn. Granted, I never got to fight with a sword, but I did get hurt a lot attempting to do stupid junk. I still do stupid shit that gets me hurt
My dad actually finds the show funny. So he'll stick around and watch it sometimes. He likes Jake a lot, probably because we named our second dog after Jake.
I really wish the show still continued. It was one of the many good things Cartoon Network still had. Now, all I hear is that all it is is bad shows, which sucks.
But I really enjoyed drawing these 2! It was so much fun and a lot different than things I normally draw. And for once, Jake turned out great! I have a hard time drawing him, so I'm actually really glad of this piece.

I saw your drawing from project comment!
When I first saw it, I was amazed by the coloring and the lighting! You have a great technique for adding depth to Finn and Jake, and I think it works really well!
You can really feel the joy radiating from both of them. For Jake you don't really have to focus on anatomy since he is basically rubber, so he looks good!
Finn is also drawn very good, I think you handled clothing quite well.
The pose of Finn looks a bit off, but that's okay, art is always learning! Is arm that is in the front looks good, the fold where the arm squishes together is a bit too high up but not a major problem. The arm in the back looks slightly broken.
The reason being that it looks like he bent his arm around his back, and the hand looks bigger, therefore it seems closer.
I'd suggest looking at walk cycles on YouTube, or for anatomy references on Pinterest! It really helps to study how the pose looks, and it will also help with the point of view.

The only thing that bothers me on your drawing is ...
Finn´s arm and his proportions in general.
I don´t know if you still have problems with human proportions but ...
( If I may suggest something) You can look for references on the internet that can help you.

But all in all I think your picture looks pretty good. So...

The other hand is backwards ~ you would be able to see the clenched fist
I really love the expression you captured fins character well!!!
The only other thing I could suggest is maybe thin the arms a little bit and change the colour for jakes shadow to make it look less dirty. Because yellow is hard to shade I suggest red on another layer and decrease the opacity~ but it’s really good I like it a lot

looks great, although i've never been a fan of putting tons of lines through fur. looks like you're using some textures and gradients for shading but that's a-ok
