Alright, I suppose some kind of explaination is required. For this last semester's drawing class my 'drawings' took on a radically new bend. I totally ditched traditional ways of drawing and began to experiment with different ways of leaving a metal's mark on paper. It evolved into a combination of copper patina and rust. This piece is HUGE. It's over seven feet long, and I believe, four feet tall. The blue bits are the exact same as those in 'Monile Maris'. The red is rust. I took this ENORMOUS piece of paper, unrolled pads of steel wool, layed them on the paper, rolled it back up, and soaked it in salt water, for starters. This piece gave me a bit of trouble too, but I won't get into it.
