Great subjects make for great photos, The beautiful young lady has a demure look that really pulls this picture together... I love the lighting, the Gaussian blurred background is a nice touch.. The placement of the young lady to the right of the shot falls in line with the "Rule of thirds", I'm not a real big fan of the branch on the left, it makes the shot a little too noisy, But all in all I like the picture...good job.
