For the unknowing, VERDUGO = Executioner in spanish.:3
This is the Verdugo (this one is the "Right Hand"), one of my favorite Resident Evil 4 monsters because he looks like a bizzare Alien/Predator love-child. I always thought there should be much cooler death scenes for Leon involving this guy. So this is inspired by the impalement/lifting of Bishop in "Aliens", one of my favorite movies ever.
Drawing this guy was a pain because there are not many good images of him available, since the fight takes place in a dark enviroment. But I struck gold when I found a site that had lots of pictures of the very detailed action figure for him. Booya!
The blue/white mist is intended to be from Leon missing Verdugo with the Liquid Nitrogen canisters. This should be the consequence.

W00t, Verdugo is the best enemy in the game. But the best characer is obviously the merchant, because he's a mysterious gun toting stranger with a london accent.

Indeed, chickens are so much fun to chase around. It's sad that the dogs are invincible. I have my suspicions that they in fact turn into the rabid spagetti-wolves you fight later. Killing them early on would make things much simpler.

Woho love the detail just like the style I guess. Nice job.. Oh andyeah I agree with you on the havign problems drawing htis guy.. It's dark dark dark scene where you fight him. Anyhow when looking up action figures there was one of him so yeah you could have used that maybe...

Yeah, I eventually found a site with all these action angles of the figure, so I used those. Only those were SUPER detailed, so then I had to put a lot of detail into him.

When I got to that part, I had to pause the game and go through my fifteen minute of heart attack rountine. After a while of 'oh my god, what was that!?' I played and had to pause again in wonder exactly what video game I was playing....Because that thing looked too much like the Aliens.
Aaaaand then I died a few times and had to call martha because I was at Meghan's house with no internet. I didn't even KILL it!

In the game the monster just slashes at you or hits you with his tail. Other monsters have neat scenes where Leon is impaled or chooped up, so I thought this monster should have a neat scene as well!
