Ughhhh I can't say officially that I don't smoke. I smoked forever then quit about 3 months ago. Just talking about smoking still makes me want to smoke. I see people smoking and I want to slam them to the ground and steal their smokes. I love everything about smoking, but I figured I was getting to old to continue to smoke. Although as we all know quitting always seems to make people gain weight... Ughhhh so I have to wonder if not smoking is doing any good, when I'm gaining weight like I may give birth to a hippo. Bikini season is quickly approaching and I may be tempted to pick up the habit once again...

LOL... It's why french women stay so thin. They chain smoke.
And yes, you can be too old to smoke. I've enjoyed good health so far. Continuing to smoke is really pushing my luck.
I'm approaching my 39th birthday within weeks!
