I practice a lot.
But life drawing is a great way to improve.
I have endless amounts of books on how to draw. I go to the book shop and look through them for lessons that make sense to me, and that I feel I can adopt into how I draw.
Go out with a sketch book and try to draw people around you. It can be hard at first, because you're having to do it quickly, but it is very helpful for anatomy.

I love how you draw all of the trio! I find that many artists try and make them look too much like the actors but you make them look more like the books descriptions
